Starting in November: Coeur d'Alene - Coeur d'Alene Resort Holiday Light Show  More than a million lights sparkle across Lake Coeur d'Alene at the largest on the water resort holiday light show in America! Features over 225 holiday displays ringing the boardwalk at the resort, plus a memorable "Journey to The North Pole" to visit Santa himself! End of November-January: Coeur d'Alene - Journey to the North Pole Cruises Visit Mr. and Mrs. Claus on the far shores of Lake Coeur d'Alene where at "The North Pole" a magical toyland, with a variety of holiday themes, many with animated features, will suddenly appear out of the darkness. Last year they added an exciting new attraction: a Victorian Village is adorned with over 5,000 lights! If you’re looking for a Christmas tree that’s beautifully decorated and promises not to shed needles, a quick visit to the hospital may just be the answer. The event has been a holiday tradition at the hospital for more than 25 years, and this year’s promises to be the best one yet.
